In this work we examinate problems created by the entry into force of Directive 2011/99/UE of de European Parliament and the Council of 13 December 2011 on the European protection order born with the finality to ensure that the protection provided to a natural person in one Member State of the UE is maintained and continued in any other Member State to which the person moves or has moved.Downloads
