Abstract
In this work we examinate problems created by the entry into force of Directive 2011/99/UE of de European Parliament and the Council of 13 December 2011 on the European protection order born with the finality to ensure that the protection provided to a natural person in one Member State of the UE is maintained and continued in any other Member State to which the person moves or has moved.The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
