Abstract
This study aims to clarify the central international conventional sources for the specificit y of the rights of audience. Everyone in contact with the media is part of a hearing and for that fact alone should have a system of guardianship, for the reason that the media have unique advantages over individuals, assuming a predominantly unilateral nature not having to give an immediate response to someone trying to establish a link with them.References
