Abstract
This study analyzes the changes in the most relevant administrative structures that have occurred in public administration from the State Government of Guanajuato, derived from the validity of the Act repealed the Executive for the State of Guanajuato in 1982 and the replaced Law published in the December 15, 2000, with its subsequent reforms, mainly 2003 and 2012. The importance of the structures of public administration organizations as core elements of planned change; also highlights the priority that in some periods of public administration Guanajuato, has given priority to strengthening planning approach structures or control. In the same sense, propose some structural reforms of the public administration of the State of Guanajuato in appreciation of the author are central to achieving effective public administration.References
