Resumen
El presente trabajo analiza el caso MIRAMAX LLC., Vs. QUENTIN TARANTINO & ROMANTICA, INC., derivado de la generación de NFTs de fragmentos inéditos del guion original de la película Pulp Fiction y la comercialización de éstos por parte de Quentin Tarantino, sin la aprobación de MIRAMAX, LLC. A lo largo del trabajo, se estudia el marco legal aplicable a las obras cinematográficas y los NTFs, poniéndolos en contexto con el caso objeto de análisis. Para ello se parte de la base de que aquellos fragmentos inéditos del guion original tokenizados, constituían derechos contractualmente reservados por Tarantino, quien no solo fue el director de la película sino co-autor del guion original.
