Cet article analyse l'affaire MIRAMAX LLC. Vs. QUENTIN TARANTINO & ROMANTICA, INC. issue de la génération de NFT de fragments inédits du scénario original du film Pulp Fiction et de la commercialisation de ceux-ci par Quentin Tarantino sans l'approbation de MIRAMAX, LLC. Tout au long de cette recherche, le cadre juridique applicable aux œuvres cinématographiques et aux NTF est étudié, en le mettant en contexte avec le cas analysé. Pour ce faire, il est supposé que ces fragments inédits du scénario original tokenisés constituaient des droits contractuellement réservés par Tarantino, qui était non seulement réalisateur mais aussi co-auteur du film.
