Abstract
This essay develops the concept of homogeneous equity of the indigenous people to take advantage of the natural resources that exists in the places where they live in comparison with the concept of individual equity as universal concept of the human right to a healthy environment taking into consideration a field research made in the náhuatl communities of Suchitlán and Zacualpan located in the county of Comala in the mexican state of Colima.The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
