Abstract
This paper analyzes the dynamics of constitutional restrictions on the exercise of human rights within the constitutional block in the Mexican model based on the case law 293/2011 contradictory argument, suggesting that not all restrictions should take precedence over human rights.The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
