Abstract

This paper examines Ronald Dworkin’s critique about semantic theories of law as well as the legal conventionalism and pragmatism as wrong interpretive theories. Also, it introduces his conception of law as integrity and his idea of community of principle. Finally, it is required Carlos S. Nino to resolve any doubts about this conception.
