Abstract
This paper is devoted to the analysis of a current state of legal regulation in the sphere of automotive industry. The attention of a legal design of the investment contract - Agreements on industrial assembly is paid. The special type of financial responsibility of foreign investors for failure to meet requirements on localization is considered.The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
