Abstract
Mediation is now considered a development factor, a factor of modernization and internationalization of the system of administration and law enforcement, however, had not been considered as a generator of social capital, this idea arises because of the matching elements between the two figures of social impact, the degree of influence analogically intangible, like its mission, while mediation seeks peaceful coexistence and encourages development, social capital, contains the same elements and the same mission, under the premise of citizen participation.The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
