Abstract
The paper approach the issue of fighting corruption, following the recent constitutional reform in this area, from the perspective of the administrative proceeding as a mean of preventive control, through the standards of public officials, as well as repressive, about disciplinary responsibilities associate with the consequences of absence in administrative proceedings.The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
