Abstract

The paper approach the issue of fighting corruption, following the recent constitutional reform in this area, from the perspective of the administrative proceeding as a mean of preventive control, through the standards of public officials, as well as repressive, about disciplinary responsibilities associate with the consequences of absence in administrative proceedings.
