Abstract
The Court of the Acordada is constructed like one of the special courts in New Spain, which purpose was to fight the rural delinquency in the royalty’s territory. It´s creation is produced in the beginning of the XVIII century when the extended process and country population was still not concluded, but nevertheless, soon a police force and jurisdictional in criminal material for theterritory will be created. With the help of microhistory we intend to disclose the very few issues that are protected in the General Archive of the Nation in regard of the agreed in the territory of the Mayor’s Office of Aguascalientes
