Abstract
Desde los principios del siglo XX a la actualidad se han elaborado distintos instrumentos internacionales de la facilitación del comercio, por lo que en este artículo se propone un acceso a la clasificación de los instrumentos internacionales de facilitación del comercio que se base en un criterio funcional. Esta clasificación incluye las reglas de la facilitación del comercio en el formato común y el uso de tecnologías de información para la facilitación del comercio exterior.References
