Abstract

Some rules and formulas are proposed to determine, interpret, and construct indeterminate concepts, considering the soft or hard norm, local or conventional resolutions, the context of the case, the principle of justice and axiological argumentation. It also analyzes how the principles of legality, exact application of the norm, prohibition of analogy and even majority of reason are diluted or modulated in disciplinary law when dealing with indeterminate concepts
