Abstract
The article sets out the problem regarding the validity of the Human Right to Autonomy of Indigenous Peoples of Mexico, based on regulatory elements as the recent constitutional reform on Human Rights, 2011, State law on the subject, and of course the International Law of Human Rights.The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
