Abstract

This paper aims to review the Earth Charter, the Convention on Biological Diversity and the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity, based on three axes, ethics, socio-economic and political.
