Abstract
The institutional response to underage criminal has focused generally on terms similar to the penal response directed at adults, but without these constitutional guarantees. Only recently with the model of Juvenile Liability to young people sheltered with the same guarantees inherent in a democratic system, nevertheless the criteria of Juvenile Liability as provided in criminal law generates internal and external problems of judicial consistency.The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
