The international refereed journal Ciencia Jurídica, indexed in Latindex, Dialnet, REDIB, VLex, CLASE, MIAR, Ameli.CA, LatinRev, Actualidad Iberoamericana, among others, invites researchers, teachers, and legal professionals to submit their research, analysis, and reflection papers to be considered for publication in Ciencia Jurídica.

The journal Ciencia Jurídica is a scientific publication produced by the Universidad de Guanajuato, through its Departamento de Derecho, within the Divisiión de Derecho, Política y Gobierno.

It is a biannual publication, available both in print and electronically, to the national and international community, as well as to those interested in the legal field. It can be accessed at: http://www.cienciajuridica.ugto.mx.

The main objectives of the journal are: 1) To create a space for analysis, discussion, reflection and generation of knowledge in the legal field; 2) To use the Information and Communication Technologies as a means to communicate the results of research carried out in the academic and professional community of the Ciencia Jurídica and, 3) To create an alternative, agile, timely and of high quality, both for researchers and for legal professionals, which allows to maintain the updating of legal knowledge.

We ask authors to carefully read our Editorial Policies, as well as the Editorial Guidelines and Criteria for Authors, before submitting their manuscript for the evaluation process and possible publication in Legal Science.
Subject of the issue:
Each issue of Ciencia Jurídica accepts contributions on various topics, as long as the manuscripts are within the legal sciences and meet the criteria of academic rigor and disciplinary relevance required by the journal
Reception of contributions:
The call is open throughout the year; however, the following dates should be taken into account: for the issue of the first semester, January-June, the period is built from July 1 to September 30 and for the second issue corresponding to the July-December semester, contributions received between January 1 to March 31 may enter.

General Editorial Policies:
Only original, unpublished texts that are not in the process of opinion in publication will be received.
Manuscripts must comply with the Guidelines for authors established in the official web page of the journal.
Texts are accepted in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French.
All articles will be submitted to a double-blind peer review.
