Abstract
This paper briefly explores the foundations and conception of social rights and how they are structured. In spite of its inclusion in most of the world’s constitutions, of the courts’ efforts to enforce them and that they have been deeply studied, social rights are still far from fully being effective. Hence, the understanding of the way these rights are conceived and structured is key to improve their enforcement. The authors retain the copyright and must provide in writing the authorization for the first publication, via a computer network and printed to Juridical Science.
