Abstract

Pro persona principle is an overarching human rights interpretative procedure which implicates preferring the norm that better protects a human right or the one that less affects it. This article studies pro persona principle in a constitutional and democratic state of law. As well as develops a review in the doctrinal, constitutional and legal regulation and rights adjudication in the mexican and international scope.
