Abstract

We are pleased to present issue 25 of our journal Ciencia Jurídica, where we offer our readers an in-depth analysis of current and highly relevant issues in the legal field, covering issues related to human rights and the legal impact of the use of new technologies, such as NFTs. In this way, maintaining the spirit of our publication, we invite critical reflection on the justice system, the legal framework for human rights, and other fundamental aspects of law.
